We had to replace our ac unit AND add one over the last 3 days. This was a huge ordeal as our furnace was a 1994. We needed a custom piece built, extra copper, it was raining, etc...but it did NOT slow them down! Y'all, this is hands down the most professional and respectful company. Am I biased? YES! 🤣🤷♀️ BUT truth is truth! Their quality work speaks for itself! Every single worker that came out was respectful and worked hard regardless the hurdles. Don't think twice about calling them! I live 2 hours from my mom in Canton, TX. It was cold - she had no heat because her central heat had gone out. The technician came out and repaired it - some sort of mother board. Within hours, the unit stopped working. They went out again - put the same part on again. The unit burned up that one, too! The rep spent at least 3 hours at my mom's house trying to figure out what was wrong. He finally determined that she was getting 140 volts in the house instead of 110. Oncor came out and fixed the problem. M & M went out AGAIN (3rd time!) and put a new part in - this time it was fixed. They did not charge me any additional money for their work. This is how a company gets referrals - and I hope this helps anyone looking for honest people to work on their central heat/air. Many thanks to them...!!

The employees here are top notch, they are honest, work hard, and do their absolute best. They are human and can make a mistakes, but the great thing about this company is they stand behind EVERYTHING they do and they make sure that the customer is taken care of above everything else. With this company you will recieve a fair price for the level of service and work done. You will not be disappointed.

Kris came right out and quickly diagnosed the issue. Very satisfied with the customer service and price. He also went the extra mile and cleaned up dirt that was built up around my unit. A + i will always use them.
